To upgrade firmware via web user interface:
- Login the web interface of the phone.
- Browse to Settings → Upgrade.
- Click Browse and select the firmware from your local system.
- Click Upgrade to upgrade the firmware. The browser pops up the dialog box “Firmware of the SIP Phone will be updated. It will take 5 minutes to complete. Please don’t power off!”
- Click OK to confirm upgrade
Note: The firmware upgrade process can take a few minutes to complete. Please ensure that the device does not lose power during this process or you may cause damage to the phone.
