There is no audio from my wired headset

- Ensure that the headset has been connected correctly, as per the below image.

- Your Yealink IP phone can use one of three channels for audio/voice: handset, headset, or speaker phone. To use the headset, ensure that you press the “headset button” on the phone to active it. The screen will then show the headset icon in the top left corner.

- Ensure that the headset you are using is compatible with your Yealink IP phone.
